Scope of Service

 

• All around condition of the unit

• Proper application of unit- for example do you have a gas insert sitting inside combustible framing? 

• We want to check clearance to combustibles on the stove and venting. 

• Termination clearances for venting

• We check for debris or anything else that could cause insufficient venting

• Visual inspection of gas line and connection 

• We check internal components for debris, blockage, or damage

• Thorough cleaning of internal fireplace and components 

• We check seals and glass for cracks or damage

• Termination height for proper drafting
